With every installation, we begin with a full site survey on the client’s facility. From that point, we produce the most suitable installation design, and send you the estimate for your audiovisual system. We will be there every step of the way to ensure that your design, order and installation go smoothly from beginning to end. If a problem arises, we are there, round the clock, to repair your technical issues.

Labor Rates

When renting AV equipment with Professional Presentation Technology, Inc., we provide optional labor, so that your equipment operations are handled effortlessly. Our staff can provide help in setting up and tearing down video projection, sound reinforcement systems, staging, lighting, draping, fast fold screens, teleconferencing, video conferencing and more.

Note: Technician operator rates are based on a 4-hour call minimum. There will be additional labor charges for more extensive equipment set-ups or teardowns. Set-ups that are less than (15) fifteen minutes will not be subject to labor charges. There is a minimum rental fee for delivery of any item of $50.00. Discounts will be applied to any multiple day rentals.
